Just went down to London yesterday to see the showing of contemporary Chinese art at the Saatchi Gallery. Bloody brilliant, really inspirational, I seriously recommend you go see it if you're able.

You should especially check out Shen Shaomin (strange skeletal sculptures made from real bones) Sun Yuan and Peng Yu (awesome political sculptures)Zhang Xiaogang (disturbing emotionless portraits) and Zhang Huan (paintings and sculptures made from incense ash)

Also saw the new Noble and Webster, Marc Quinn and Damien Hirst pieces in the British Museum. They are all as usual, Noble and Webster shock and amaze, Marc Quinn's is well made if a bit over the top and Hirst's is just unimpressive.
